My journey into coaching wasn't a straight line — it arrived when it was truly needed.
The training became a journey in itself: a space where I learned to be vulnerable, listen differently, and explore without judgment.
I discovered the power of presence, the impact of carefully chosen words, and the importance of creating a coaching space where people feel welcomed, heard, and safe to be themselves.
Coaching, for me, is an invitation to pause, reflect, and see things from a new perspective.
A Broader Perspective
Growing up in Morocco and moving to Canada in my early twenties taught me that stepping into a new environment takes courage, openness, and a willingness to learn.
I brought my Moroccan roots with me while embracing new ways of thinking, living, and understanding the world. Living across cultures has broadened my perspective and reinforced a simple belief:
There is rarely only one way to think — or to make meaning of your life.
With each new perspective comes the opportunity to reconnect with your values, possibilities, and parts of yourself that may have been waiting to be discovered.
